Well, more brussel sprouts than anything, but I fill my plate and then finish it. My reasoning is that even though I feel like I shouldn't have to sacrifice my comfort and happiness for others', it is a lot less worse than getting caught/found out/questioned about it. A short term sacrifice for a long term gain, if you will. If no one gets suspicious, I won't have to eat more in the following days to alleviate it. Yes, it sucks in the moment having to eat that food, but you can restrict like crazy after because no one will think there's something wrong with you and watch you like a hawk.glass-skinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13637899143066038649noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6187872478536956315.post-10519180473377756502009-11-23T10:02:07.069-08:002009-11-23T10:02:07.069-08:00Losing that much weight is awesome! I'm still trying to
figure that out myself =S
But actually, I've heard a lot of people say
they are just going to eat a bit a day before
thanksgiving to curb the appetite so they
don't binge *shrugs*.. I don't know.

Good luck! *hug*Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
