...WaterGumChewCigarettesAndLoneliness...

For the next four days.

Nothing to drink but water and coffee.

Nothing to eat but gum.

Nothing to enjoy but chew and cigarettes.

Nothing to do but keep to myself.

My triggers are allowing myself anything besides this.

And I WILL NOT allow myself another failed night.

Falling asleep with my face burried in my pillow, trying to stiffle the cries.

I will make it through ABC.

I have to...

I'm doing the salt water flush when I get off of work tonight.

8:30.

I'm not starting tomorrow.

I started today.

I think it's about time fer my period.

I'm bloated like crap.

And not from the bagels, cashews, vegies, and salad from last night.

I love to cook... and I'm always up for something new!

I've decided to make sure that I do 5 days a week.

My weight on a full stomach (last night) is 125.

It was 136 a two weeks ago :).

After one day of fasting...

  1. I started a blog with vegan recipes. I'm going to try and keep it up but lately I just don't feel like eating. Eating means no cooking. And no cooking means no blog.

    I don't have any vegan recipes, unfortunately. Though I have been given vegan food before.. it's usually quite tasty :D

  4. well i always go for the prepared vegan burger by morning star and boca company, they are like 100 cals and super tasty.

    id go to www.recipezarr.com and look up vegan and low cal recipes all the time, im not sure how low cal everything is but if you split some of the portions in half then im sure it will work out fine, good luck!
    p.s. i did post a pretty tasty veggie stir fry on one of my old posts so you might check that out if stir fry is your thing.:)
